Sometimes, its all about the sparkles. I had to wait a really long time to get these star confetti embellishments as they were constantly out of stock since they are so popular. I can see why tho…they are great. Dont worry though I got 2 packets and they are soo full so will be set for a while. Paired this one with a holographic envelope for a special friend who needed all thr shine!!

To continue with the STAMPtember love of cards, I was simply dying to use this Hero Arts set when I first saw it. The accompanying stencils and curtains die just make the images come to life and really set the scene…or should I say stage. Two of these went to friends whilst the other has joined my stash for now. Can’t wait to make even more.

Happy STAMPtember y’all! So excited for another year of celebrating stamping and cardmaking all month long. I know Im a couple of days late but going to try my hardest to post pics of my creations every day. Very excited to have an FFO (Finally Finished Object)! I’ve been doing a lot of cross stitching over the last few months and really proud of this one.

Stitched this pattern in August and challenged myself to try a hiden zipper pillow finish following a tutorial from a youtuber I love and already followed for a few years for cardmaking. I love cross stitching but struggle with actual sewing and only ever hand sew, so I’m really happy with how this turned out.

The pattern is called Kind Words by Primrose Cottage Stitches. I’ve stitched it on 14 count white aida used the called for colours of floss.

Can’t believe it has been 9 months since I last posted. I’ve still been crafting in all that time but mostly it has been gifts for people so I haven’t share cuz spoilers. In honour of World Cross Stitching Day, sharing this trio that went to someone special for their baby’s room

As I get ready to gear up for Festive Season crafting, I used some tax money to invest in adding more colours to my alcohol markers collection. Swatching it very important so spending today adding the new ones in. Gotta love seeing a rainbow come to life

So posting every day of STAMPtember didn’t happen, surprise surprise but it was a very crafty month. Fortunately my RSI has improved again somewhat so I have been able to get some crafting done and finish off a major project I have been working on for weeks.

This lockdown has been really long and hard and I have often felt very isolated. So what better way to feel more connected than to share some love and sending some cardy care packages to friends who can pass it on? These cards should hit letterboxes next week, so for those who receive, I hope you like them and will pass on to those who are special to you.

If you’d like to receive a cardy care package, reach out as I still have some leftovers 😉🤣

Oo and STAMPtember was a big hit to the wallet but some gorgeous acquisitions were made. Look forward to sharing them with you in coming weeks as they make their way from the States.

How is everyone’s weekend going? Its a bit grey here so perfect for finding a comfy spot and snuggling up with a good book. Anything to stop me from buying too much this STAMPtember from Simon Says Stamp (which I am failing at so far).

Here is my first bookmark and tassel I’ve made this year. Loved making this stamped bookmark for a friend who loves books as much as I do. I have discovered that making tassels is super fun and addictive so will probably be showcasing more in the future…when my arm heals some more and I can get back to crafting. Happy day 3 of STAMPtember! The collaboration limited edition stamp sets start releasing every day from today for the rest of the month. I’m gonna be soo broke cuz they are so hard to resist and you gotta act quick if you want a certain set cuz they sell out fast! I already got today’s one by Pink Fresh Studios cuz the sentiments were so beautiful and versatile. Tomorrow is Lawn Fawn which I’m usually a sucker for too.
