That you can pretty much sell anything and you'll earn money... Well yes and no...

It’s not just about labels.

It’s about:
• the right brands/wrong brands to sell,
• quality fabrics and natural fibres,
• how pieces fit into a wardrobe,
• the relevance or appeal,
• and of course their condition!

Are you faced with the chaos that comes with swapping clothes over in your wardrobe in preparation for the next season.

It's both therapeutic and organised mayhem! But I find it absolutely essential.

It is the perfect time to cleanse and gather items in preparation for a rack.

Steps I take when packing clothing away -
To Keep Or Not To Keep:
1. Have I worn it in the last 1-2 years?
2. Is it in good condition?
3. Is it clean?
4. Have I fallen out of love with it?
5. Do I have too many of the one thing?

Another consideration:
*** Does the piece of clothing or outfit evoke negative feelings from a past memory???***

If yes ~ SELL IT!

Yes, it is possible to sell 17 garments a fortnight ~ This wonderful repeat client sold 34 in 1 month!
Over the month, she topped up - we sold all her accessories too!

We follow their instructions to "SELL EVERYTHING!"
.. The remainder was donated to Dress For Success.
