I was gifted a pumpkin a while ago and hadn’t got around to using it all.
I was just going to cook it and freeze it for later BUT since it’s soup weather again I made Pumpkin Soup today.

Added a bit of curry powder and it was amazing!!!
Served with sour cream, crunchy bacon, Parmesan cheese & garlic bread.

Now I have recovered slightly from yesterdays mammoth effort 😲

I’d like to thank the Tenterfield Tigers for having me back in the canteen for a second season.
I love every minute of it (maybe not the stressful point when I think I’m going to run out of food 🤯😂😂)

Thanks to every single Tenterfield Tiger supporter and all the visiting teams for supporting the Tiger’s canteen. Thank you for your patience (especially waiting for the hot chips 🤦🏽‍♀️) and for always being so polite and supportive. 🐯

Yes I own 2 mandolins and a food processor. Do I ever use them? NEVER!!!
It so much quicker if I slice them.

This will also be my face tomorrow if I run out of food 😲😲😢😢😢

This Saturday, 12th September, our Tigers take on the Inglewood Roosters at Tenterfield Rugby League Park! 🐯🧡🖤

Our Ladies kick off at 1:30pm, followed by the Men’s at 3pm.

We’d love to see a HUGE home crowd at the fields.
