ONCE AGAIN - AGAIN + AGAIN. Absolutely loved dining at . The food is modern Thai, with some influences from Malaysian, Cambodian and Vietnamese cuisines. Its up there with the best Asian I’ve eaten on the CC. All made from scratch and with love. Highly recommend all the dishes we ate… scallops, betel leaves, fried school prawns, ceviche, kung pao chicken, Toothfish on Penang curry + coconut rice. Yum to all of the above. The new fit out is modern, comfortable and stylish. There’s been no expense spared. Great wines and cocktail list. The service was attentive, friendly and super efficient given the restaurant was almost full on a Tuesday night! It’s on par with some of the best Asian food I’ve eaten in Sydney and I’ll be back to eat my way through the menu. It’s fabulous to see restaurants of this calibre opening on the Central Coast 💌

Yum Cha gold. You’ll be hard pressed to find better dumplings and service at a yum cha! is exceptionally good quality, fresh, flavoursome and perfectly hand crafted dumplings, made and served with love. Excellent yum cha quality & variety, coupled with outstanding service makes Ming Dragon one of the best yum chas! Dumpling of the day for me was the new roast duck dumping, yum! If you love dumplings as much as I do, run don’t walk 🥟 🙌🏼💌

MORE PASTRY WINS. I beelined it straight into Terrigal for what was quite possibly the best fruit mince pie I have ever eaten. The pastry was thin yet crispy, it was packed full of flavoursome fruit filling, with a little sprinkle of raw sugar on top, it was pastry perfection. Whilst not cheap at $4.50 (or $25 for a box of 6) it was the best quality fruit mince pie I’ve ever eaten. Now can I untaste these before Christmas?! 😂💌
