Raw Sugar Designs Unique hand-made fashion accessories, designed in Australia and made in Nepal We are a supplier of handmade fashion products and clothing from Nepal.

Raw Sugar Designs is the brainchild of Dean Shahi and with help from his business partner Wendy Hartley, it is our objective to provide quality fashion at an affordable price. Our joint passion for fashion has seen the business adapt from supplying genuine pashmina shawls to seeing the growing need for quality, fashionable men’s accessories. Our unique point of difference comes from the fact that

our products combine indigenous Nepali raw materials with a European design. Our designer is British Australian and the Director is a native Nepali living in Australia. Most of our ties and pocket squares are limited edition which add to the exclusivity of the product. All products are handmade and most are derived from natural and sustainable products. Our manufacturers in Nepal have an in-depth understanding of the fashion industry coupled with years of extensive experience, with some of them holding a university degree in fashion design. As a result we can guarantee high quality, genuine and unique products for our customers. We offer online shopping for quality handmade fashions direct from Nepal and the Himalayas with a European twist. Currently the main products are 100% Wool and 100% Cotton ties and pocket squares.

Quite often our problems become minuscule when we focus on what others are going through. We need to ask ourself am i having a first world problem? We might not be able to change their life but we can show respect towards them by showing gratitude on what we have rather than complaining about our first world problems.

The lovely hosts at Sous le Soleil have invited us to exhibit some of our products at a market they are holding at their beautiful restaurant/gift and homeware shop. Sous le Soleil is Sydney's very own piece of the French provence situated in the heart of the north shore. The restaurant is a fusion of fresh food, design, exhibition, fashion, art and music in a uniquely beautiful and historical Australian setting.

The market will be this Sunday 31st July from 9am to 4pm. We have 30+ completely new designs to show you so please drop in for a browse of the vast and varied selection of boutique products, sourced from around the world along with other local crafts on sale and then stop to enjoy some of the beautiful French cuisine on offer.
