Luke, better known as Bluey, is the owner of Neon Heart Tattoo in Sydney and has built a reputation for bold, custom anime and pop culture tattoos. Known for his vibrant colour work and dynamic designs, Bluey creates one of a kind pieces that capture the characters and stories his clients love!
A familiar face on the international tattoo convention circuit, Bluey regularly travels throughout Australia and overseas to compete, judge, and connect with artists from around the world. With multiple award winning tattoos and a passion for continually raising the bar, he’s always pushing his craft to the next level. When he’s not tattooing or travelling, you’ll probably find him hanging out with his corgi and bunny.
