Hi folks. Our most exclusive seasonal release yet! Produced by the legendary Las Flores farm, Colombia. Their coffees are regularly featured on the world competition stage and are highly sought after, but basically impossible to get hold of. But we did it!

What an amazing coffee! Wildly aromatic, silky smooth and packed with tropical fruit, florals and candy-like sweetness. Very limited release. Available now at the 6o1 roastery and online sixofone.com.au

🎄 Thankyou so much for supporting 6o1 this year - we’re incredibly grateful! Our roastery trading hours over the break are a little different this year:

CHRISTMAS CLOSURE
Wed 24 Dec (Xmas eve) - trading as usual 6.30-1. 

Closed Thur 25 Dec Xmas - Sund 28 Dec. 

CHRISTMAS BREAK TRADING - Mond 29 Dec - Sat 10 January 2026
Open 6.30-11am weekdays, 7-11am Sat.  Takeaway coffees only, sweet treats from counter, no kitchen.  Plenty of coffee bags on the shelf.

Closed Thur 1 Jan & Sund 4 Jan.

Our online and wholesale operations will continue to run as per usual over this period.

NORMAL TRADING RESUMES - Mond 12 Jan onwards.  Sit-in cups & full kitchen return 🙌

Hi folks - good news, we have very, very limited amounts of two of our previous, very popular seasonal releases. Colombia Red Bourbon - from the micro-lot farm of Rodolfo Rodriguez, high in the mountains in Guacacallo Colombia, this highly sought after red bourbon has notes of chocolate ganache, red apple & blueberry. And Costa Rica - this beautiful coffee is from the farm of Esteven & Hiver Vargas in Carrizal, Costa Rica.  With panela sugar, pomegranate and sweet apple notes, these beans make for a silky, smooth, caramelly coffee.    

Both available online sixofone.com.au and at the roastery. Be quick!
