Awesome experience and support. Cheryl

Artist, designer, storyteller and cultural educator Cheryl Moggs OAM joined Empower Digital’s ‘Digital Catalyst’ program to grow the digital side of her creative business, Tarmunggie Arts, Culture & Design Studio.

With support from the program, Cheryl built a powerful new website that beautifully showcases her cultural stories, grounded in generations of Bigambul women.

ENTRIES OPEN: NATIONAL NAIDOC POSTER!

🖤💛❤️💙💚🤍🖤

Calling all Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander artists!

Entries are now open for the National NAIDOC Poster Competition 2026.

Each year, the NAIDOC poster becomes a powerful visual celebration of culture, history and the strength of our people, shared in schools, workplaces and communities right across the country.

The 2026 NAIDOC Week theme: 50 Years of Deadly - marks five decades of NAIDOC Week, a week dedicated to amplifying and celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.

For fifty years, NAIDOC themes have spoken to survival, resistance, culture and pride. 50 Years of Deadly is both a reflection and a declaration. It acknowledges the strength it has taken to reach this milestone, not by chance, but because generations of people refused to be silenced.

Held from 5–12 July 2026, this milestone theme honours the activists, Elders and communities who have sustained and carried the NAIDOC movement across generations.

This is your opportunity to reflect on that legacy through art - to honour the past, celebrate the present and inspire the future.

Your artwork could become the official face of NAIDOC Week 2026 and be seen nationwide!

TO ENTER AND FOR MORE INFORMATION: https://www.naidoc.org.au/posters/2026-poster-competition

All entries must be received by Sunday 1 March 2026 at 11:59pm (AEDT).

If you’re an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander artist, we encourage you to share your creativity, your voice and your vision.

Submit your entry and share your art with the nation! 🤩
