I’m so excited to be teaching an Introduction to Cricut Design Space class this afternoon, in partnership with STEAMLabs Townsville.

It’s my first class in a while, so the nerves are definitely kicking in, but I know it’s going to be an amazing afternoon.

Rosie Makes is officially part of the Renegade Handmade family! I’m so excited to be back at Renegade among so many other talented Townsville makers.

Drop by the shop in the Warrina Arcade, and grab yourself a Glasses Keeper, or a crochet flower brooch. There are some other brooch goodies that I didn’t get to snap a picture of, like my range of EcoPly timber brooches, featuring mushrooms, cakes, ice creams, and pride flags.

Hallows Hearth will be on an extended break, due to the passing of our co-founder Linda.

Linda was a force of nature, and as my mother was one of the most supportive and positive influences in my life. She will be incredibly missed by our family, friends, and all who knew her. She always made sure to tell us how much she loved us.

I am hopeful of getting the business back up and running by the middle of 2024, but for now need to take some time to grieve, and reassess how we can run going forward.

*Saturday and Sunday we are open 8am to 2pm both days, with a low auditory hour 1pm-2pm.
