A little day late for International Women’s Day, but the truth is we don’t need just one day as a reminder. Everything in life shouldn’t wait for one special day — every day is a gift.

This year’s theme was Gain to Give. Sometimes gaining isn’t just about success — sometimes it’s about gaining strength, perspective and the courage to choose yourself.

While I’m taking a step back this year for personal reasons, I will always be cheering on all the incredible women in my village — to all the women in my life who continue to rise, lead and lift others.

The strongest women I know don’t just rise… they lift others with them. And I’ll always be cheering from the sidelines. 💫
