aying up. Most of the items are available via pre-payment as they are fully customized, unless it says otherwise. Hence the slight wait on receiving your items. If items become unavailable or out of stock i have no control over this but my apologies if you can no longer find the item or size you wanted in our album. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by DIRECT DEPOSIT, Afterpay, PAYPAL, visa or credit card or CASH only. Payment is required within 48 hours of ordering, any invoices that are outstanding after 48 hours are automatically cancelled without warning. Please note that bank deposit payments and PayPal payments need to clear into my account before orders can be made or items picked up, so please allow time for this also. Items will not be available for pickup or delivery until they are paid for in full. Also I will not be able to fulfill your customized items order until they are paid for in full, delay may mean missing out on your desired item so prompt payment is suggested. If unfortunately items become unavailable or out of stock I will contact you immediately so you can decide how you would like to proceed. Items ordered can have various timeframes, depending on time of the year they are ordered or quantities ordered, before they are available for pickup or delivery so please allow time for this. POSTAGE
I do not charge a handling fee. I am located in Townsville and are happy to have items picked up directly from me. To my customers who aren't locals i have outlined below postage costs. I am happy to combine postage if you purchase more than one item. The postage options below i have found to be the the most cost effective for multiple items but these also depend on weight and item size. For further details or a quote please do not hesitate to ask :-)

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Due to the nature of customized items I am unable to cancel your order or offer a refund once an item has been ordered and order has commenced production. Please make sure you have looked over the pictures and read the details of the items thoroughly or asked me if you are unsure this includes any drafts provided, please look over these carefully and notify me immediately of any issues. Please ensure you have ordered your correct size or have double checked with me as to what may be the appropriate size as I do not offer returns for change of mind or choice of wrong sizing on your part. Please bear in mind that not all sizing is universal aka one manufactures product to another's may have a 1-2cm difference. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Postage costs are also not returnable/credited etc. Refunds are only given on faulty items. Contact must be made via email within 7 days of the item being received. After this time we will not accept any returns sorry. no return will be given if item has been used or cared for incorrectly. OTHER INFORMATION
Some of the garments we sell are very delicate, please read washing instructions as some should be hand washed only. Some of our products may contain small parts which could pose a choking risk so please only use with adult supervision.
