The fashion industry churned out 100 billion pieces of clothing for 7 billion people in 2015. The problem is so bad, some brands are burning unsold inventory. The waste has got to stop.

As a result I have a bunch of sick crochet jumpers that I wanna sell to you for cheap! All made from second hand materials, by hand, by me. All jumpers on sale for $100 - $150. SAM WOUD BRAND MARXIST APPAREL COMRADE PRINT TEE this is a yellow t-shirt that i bought from the op shop. i cropped it and printed the word comrade on it with Permaset screen printing ink. the print is a bit off centre in this item but thats what makes it special. the original t-shirt

SAM WOUD BRAND UPDATES:

1. The price of all Sam Woud Brand products will now include a $5 donation to the Australian Unemployed Workers Union. I've relied on the dole to get by at different times in my life and can attest to how dehumanising and oppressive it is. Unemployed workers are some of our most vulnerable comrades. Sam Woud Brand is proud to support the AUWU.

2. In an effort to begin to deprogram my creative practice from capitalism all Sam Woud Brand Marxist Apparel will now have a 'buy for free' option. This means all products will be available to buy for the cost of postage and the $5 donation to the AUWU.

3. Sam Woud Brand is committed to building agency in the community and encouraging DIY. As such all my patterns, graphics will be available to download from my website free of charge. In the future this will be supported by release of instructional resources.
