I’ve been cutting my most prized vintage cotton drill and linen, they certainly don’t make prints like this anymore 💕
Dating back to 1960 and including fabrics by Rowe, Austfield, Sheridan and Sonata.
Some of the fabrics have been in my collection for over 20 years.

Learn to sew!

Join us for a month long adventure of sewing.

At the completion of this four week course you should be able to confidently handle a sewing machine and complete simple sewing tasks.

We will teach you how to safely handle a sewing machine, including threading and filling a bobbin and trouble shooting.

This is a small group, so students will be able to move at their own pace with lots of guidance.

We will work on different projects each week.

This may include any of the following:

Tote bag.
Coin purse or pencil case.
Cushion cover.
Shorts.
Skirt.
In this course you will be assisted to design your own project and get a taste of sustainable sewing.

All materials and sewing machines are provided (although you are welcome to bring your own).

Please wear enclosed shoes.

Time: Wednesday 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Wednesday August 5.
Wednesday August 12.
Wednesday August 19.
Wednesday August 26.

Tickets are $220 for the month and can be purchased at: www.middlemost.com.au
