💚 A Little Update From Us 💚

Firstly, we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been so patient, kind and understanding with us over the past few weeks.

We’ve now said our goodbyes to our much-loved Pop, and we’re slowly finding our feet again — settling into a new routine and dealing with all of the little things that follow losing someone who was such a huge part of our everyday lives. 💚

Things have been a little quieter than usual here at Heelers Mini Creations and Heelers Pups Mini Creations, but we’re slowly getting back into the swing of things.

The shop is coming together bit by bit, and while it’s not quite where I want it to be yet, we’re getting there! Behind the scenes, our work and production area is also still very much a work in progress. There’s plenty of organising, unpacking and setting up happening when you don’t see us. 😂

For now, we’re taking things one day at a time, getting back into our routine and catching up on everything that had understandably been put on hold.

Thank you for sticking with us, checking in, supporting our little business and giving us the time and space we needed to be with our family.

Your patience and kindness have meant more than you know. 💚

We’re slowly getting there… and we’re looking forward to showing you everything we’ve been working on behind the scenes very soon. 🐾💚

💚 Shop Hours Update 💚

A few of you have been asking about our shop hours this week.

As we're still organising Pop's farewell for next week and supporting our family through this difficult time, I won't have set trading hours just yet. There may be times throughout the day where I need to step out to organise appointments and other arrangements.

If there's something you'd like to purchase this week, please don't hesitate to send me a message. I'm more than happy to arrange a time that suits both of us so you can pop in.

Thank you so much for your patience, kindness and understanding over the past few weeks. The love and support you've shown our family has meant more than words can say, and we're incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. 💚

💚 Shop Update 💚

Tomorrow, we’ll be reopening our doors.

It won’t be the grand reopening we had originally planned, but after everything that’s happened over the past couple of weeks, it feels like the right time.

When we returned home from Queensland, unfortunately things didn’t go to plan. Our beloved Pop’s health had declined significantly, and we spent our time exactly where we needed to be—by his side.

This week, we said goodbye to our much-loved grandfather.

Our hearts are broken, and it’s a loss our family is still trying to process.

I had considered delaying the reopening again, but I know that’s not what Pop would have wanted. Anyone who knew him knew what an incredibly hard worker he was. He believed in getting on with the job, lending a hand wherever it was needed, and that sitting around never got anything done.

As we prepare to celebrate his life next week, support our beautiful Nan, and adjust to a new normal after 11 months of routines centred around his care, we’re taking things one day at a time.

For that reason, August will be a soft launch. Some displays are still coming together, and there are plenty of exciting new products yet to arrive. If I’m honest, I’m a little behind with everything that’s happened over the past few weeks, so thank you in advance for your patience, kindness and understanding while we ease back into things.

We also have some pre-booked events down south and another trip back to Queensland towards the end of August that we’ll be attending. Rather than trying to squeeze everything in, we’ve decided to officially celebrate our newly renovated shop once we’re back home.

Our Grand Reopening Week will begin on Tuesday, 1st September, and we can’t wait to properly celebrate with you then.

To everyone who has sent messages, checked in on us, supported our family, and shown us so much kindness during this difficult time—thank you. It has meant more than you’ll ever know.

We look forward to welcoming you back into the shop from tomorrow. Thank you for sticking with us through the renovations, the delays, and life’s unexpected challenges. We can’t wait to see you all again. 💚

💚To our wonderful customers and followers💚

We wanted to let you know that our Wauchope shop will now reopen on Monday, 3rd August.

Our plan was to reopen tomorrow, Monday, 27th July, after completing our renovations while we were away in Queensland, with the final fit-out of our new shop fittings being completed this past week.

Unfortunately, over the past week, our much loved grandfather and great-grandfather, who is receiving palliative care, has experienced a significant decline in his health.

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our reopening so I can be where I’m needed most.

I know so many of you have been excited to see the renovations and everything we’ve been working so hard on. Please know that all the exciting new products, the refreshed shop, and some old favourites making a comeback are still on the way we just need a little more time.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, kindness and understanding. The support you’ve shown our little family business over the years means more than words can ever express, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such a caring community behind us.

I can’t wait to welcome you back through our doors on Monday, 3rd August, to share the refreshed space and all the exciting surprises we’ve been working on.

Until then, thank you for allowing me the time to put family first. 💚

🏗️✨ RENOVATION UPDATE! ✨🏗️

Another big milestone ticked off! 🎉

The builders have finished, the electrical work is complete, and we’re officially ready for the next exciting stage of our shop transformation! 💚

Next week we’ll be starting the fit-out of our brand-new shop fittings, and we honestly can’t wait to see it all come together. Every day it’s looking more and more like the vision we’ve had for Heelers Mini Creations.

Our refreshed shop will give us:

✨ Space for exciting new ranges
✨ An even better shopping experience for everyone

💚 Proud Mum Moment 💚

A huge shout-out to my two little legends! 🥹

It’s hard to believe Montana is only 9 and Ronan is only 8. At the end of the rush tonight, Ronan looked at me with the biggest smile and said…

“Mum… we smashed that line!” ❤️

Montana absolutely nailed keeping track of all the clothing sales on the spreadsheet, while Ronan jumped on the register like a little pro.

Archie woke up from his nap and chose violence… 😂 Safe to say he wasn’t the happiest camper! But these two didn’t miss a beat and stepped up to help with the after-dinner rush.

People often comment on how confident they are at markets, but the truth is they weren’t always like this. We have a trailer full of tisims, and markets have honestly been one of the best things for helping Montana and Ronan come out of their shells. They’ve built so much confidence, developed incredible social skills, learnt responsibility, and love chatting with customers.

Watching them grow each market is something really special, and I couldn’t be prouder of the amazing little humans they’re becoming. 💚

My heart is so full. ❤️
