td trading as Steal Her Style Dress Hire. Legally Binding Contract. These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal contract between you and Steal Her Style Dress Hire. The Terms of Use in force at any time are published on the Steal Her Style page and you will be taken to have accepted them by accessing or using our page and/or Instagram Page, making a booking via email or making payment for our services. If you do not agree with the terms of use, do not make a booking or payment with us via our page, Instagram Page, email or phone. Our Terms of Use may change without notice so please ensure you check our Terms & Conditions from time to time. This agreement contains all of the terms and conditions regarding your rental of products from Steal Her Style Dress Hire. You agree that rental from our business is subject to all our Terms & Conditions of use and privacy policy. You agree you are renting products and ownership of the product remains with Steal Her Style Dress Hire at all times. We Ship Express Across Australia Nationwide
We provide express shipping as a standard delivery ($15 Flat Rate) including the return satchel. Delivery will take 1-2 Business days. Items are shipped from either our Perth or Sydney Location. Once orders are dispatched, customers will be notified by email with a tracking number. All dresses are given a grace period of 3 days for delivery. therefore if a dress arrives early, you are given those extra days which does not start your “hire period” early. All Customers are sent an email reminder that the dress is to be returned at the parcel point when time hire period expires. Please note once dress has been dispatched you as the customer take all responsibility and liability if garment is lost, stolen or damage during postage to and from. For more security we offer insurance on all purchases through Australia post at an additional cost, it may vary depending on individual garment please notify staff upon enquiry if insurance is needed. Bond
Each dress requires a bond payment. This differs for each dress and will be notified to you upon your enquiry. The bond amount is held until the dress is returned. If the dress is returned in appropriate condition (assessed by our staff) the bond amount will be refunded immediately however if the dress is returned in poor condition (assessed by staff) the bond amount may be kept to pay for the damages to be fixed. Please note an extra charge may be invoiced to cover the extent of damage if severe. Bond is required upon booking of garment unless pick up is desired then bond can be payed upon pick up. Bond will be return in the original form of payment. Insurance for loss/damage during postage. (price dependent on value of garment please contact for more details on individual garments)
Damage Of Dress
Some certain damage we can consider as wear and tear:-
Marks that can be washed off
Missing button or small amount of sequins missing
Thread lining coming undone
Strap breakage
Not classified as wear and tear:-
Holes and burns (eg. Cigarette burns)
Dresses tearing not at the seem but in the actual fabric
Zipper breakage
Please note these are not all the conditions we consider or don't consider wear and tear. Dress damage will be determined by staff upon arrival. If a dress is considered not wear and tear and is no longer wearable you can be charged up to 100% of the RRP of the dress. By using our services and making payment on any of our products you are entering an agreement between yourself and SHS Dress Hire Pty Ltd trading as Steal Her Style Dress Hire (ACN 611 016 338) and are bounded by the hire terms and conditions as stated above. When shipping is required bookings must be made 7 days in advance to ensure that dress is delivered on time. If customer does not book 7 days in advance and dress does not arrive on time Steal Her Style Dress Hire is not responsible or liable. Bookings can be made two months in advance maximum. Payment must be made to lock in bookings. Cancelation can be made 28 days prior to booking date with full refund. Of cancelation is made after 28 days but before 7 days of the booking date with customer will be given a credit note, anything after 7 days money if forfeit. If a garment is not returned by the end of the hire period a late fee will be charged $10 each day until the garment is returned or until the garment has reached 200% of its retail price. This is determined by not receiving the garment on the date it is required for drop off or not being handed into Australia Post for delivery if method shipping. Please note: We receive an email from Australia Post once the parcel has been scanned so we will know whether it has been processed on the date due for return or not. Returns/Exchanges
If a garment does not fit please return the garment un-worm within 24 hours of receiving the garment. We do provide an exchange credit note for the garment hire only (excluding all shipping cost)
Please notify staff by email immediately if return is required. Dry Cleaning
Drying cleaning is included with all hire purchase. Please do not try and wash the garments, Returning Straight after wearing.
