After 10 weeks away from the gym and running, I finally laced up my shoes and got back out there today 🏃‍♀️👟

I still managed to complete my routine… but it was definitely harder than I remembered 🥵
I'm feeling a lot more out of shape than I thought I would, but I'm glad that I showed up and got it done.

Now it's all about rebuilding my strength, find my rhythm again, and staying consistent 💪
