Good morning to you. ⚘️
This weekend I am closed on Sunday 19th.
It doesn't happen often but I am off to Perth to see my family and the MJ musical.🥂
Also to pick up a few new stock items.
I am preparing for spring/summer season and very excited at new labels and styles that will be in store.
It's been such a joy to see so many lovely customers visiting from Perth and our south-west in the last 2 weeks.

The Nomad jacket. Designed with the softest cotton corduroy and she is cotton lined.
The perfect weight, warm without being bulky and lets chat about the colour! Choco trims and pink that is not too bright but is perfect for all age groups.
Sizes 8-16
Can be pared with the Nomad striped tee or a chocolate linen top and jeans in chocolate. The choice is endless.
Also in store is the soft striped Wanderer shirt.
She is 100% cotton, light with lovely detail on the cuff and softly gathered neckline and small pintucking.
Perfect for work wear, casual lunch dates or both.

The boutique is having a layout refresh.
Re-arranging fixtures and merchandising the new stock that has arrived.
As with all changes, the planning is meticulous and then it all begins to unfold - into what appears to be chaos, but if asked, it's in fact 'creative design' 😉

The past few days have been a bit of an emotional roller-coaster.
From the lovely highs of my adult 'kids' birthdays. The pure joy and pride in how they navigate their lives.
And then something out of the blue pierced my spirit.
Life, as we all know, can be like this. At times it can be like a slight bump in the journey, but other times it's raw.
Logically it can make no sense.
Just knowing that it's how it's always been, doesn't help how you feel and you're left trying to process it all.
And the truth is, the only thing you can do is slow down and feel your way back.
Take walks in nature. Spend time by the ocean. Cherish your gentle animals and the beautiful fun videos sent by your grandies and give thanks for the wonderful calm that surrounds you.
Take advice from those who know you best ✨️ and realise that at the end of it, your worth is not determined by the outside influences but in your heart. 🤎🩷🩵
And now it's time to set it down and move along.
I'm working on the spring collection. It's a lovely excitement in pulling together colours and special pieces I hope you all love.
Expect soft layers and what is closest to my heart - clothing that brings you joy and ease when wearing.

We have the first of our July orders arriving in store by Sat 4th.
This is the month for soft organic cotton tops, fine knits that are perfect layering pieces, along with our Nomad jacket.
With school holidays starting, we have combined great travel mix and match pieces.
