This year’s enduring collection felt deeply personal. In many ways, it reflected my own experience as an independent designer — the growth, the lessons, the resilience, and the feeling that I’ve matured creatively.
For me, it’s always been about connection.
That’s one of the things I admire most about older women. Women in their 50s, 60s and beyond who are fully in their element. Women who are comfortable in their bodies, regardless of shape or size. Women who carry their stories, their strength and their experiences with pride. They continue to inspire me every day, and they were very much at the heart of this collection.
Being part of AFW this year felt incredibly special. I feel fortunate to have shared this experience with so many talented and generous people — collaborators, models, brands, friends and industry peers whose relationships have been built over many years.
A heartfelt thank you to Chrissy, whose support, belief and tireless work helped bring this vision to life. To Toni & Guy for continuing to back my work with such passion and creativity. To Electric Collective for championing the show and helping us share it with the world. To the incredible models who return to walk for me year after year — your trust means everything.
Thank you to our new partners, artist Peggi Kroll Roberts and handbag designer Olive Made, for collaborating with me for this collection.
And to my family and friends — thank you for always being there. Your support, encouragement and love have carried me through so many chapters.
Bringing people together in this way means more to me than I can put into words. Creating is one thing, but creating alongside a community of people you admire and care about is something truly special.
