EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
The following policy applies if you change your mind about a full priced item purchased from Lilee Fashion:

- The item must be returned to Lilee Fashi

on within 24 hours of purchase for a refund.
- The item must be returned to Lilee Fashion within 7 days or purchase for an exchange of item.
- Item must be unworn and in original condition with price tag still attached.
- Lilee Fashion reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund if the item appears to have been worn or has a stain.
- A sale item can not be returned for a refund or exchange so please choose carefully. FAULTY
- Each item is inspected when it arrives in store
- If you unfortunately happen to purchase a faulty item please contact Lilee Fashion straight away
- The item must be returned within a reasonable timeframe
- Once the item is received and deemed faulty you will be given the option of the same item if available in stock or a credit for another item.
