Woke up early this morning because this blanket was on my mind.,And here is a cute cardi as a result. The blanket has seen some use consequently it has lost some fluff which makes it perfect for a cardi having lost the bulkiness. It will also cover more seasons.

Wool blanket cardis were the big winners in my stall yesterday. And when I found this fabulous blanket I knew it was going to be a cardi or possibly two. So couldn’t wait to get this made. I have used vintage buttons from the biscuit tin(s) stash. This cardi would break the monotony of basic brown.
P.S. I’m going to be posting more of my makings as the weather isn’t always conducive to outdoor markets. 👀
