Same bunch. Wrapped three ways.
It’s amazing how the final layers can transform the same flowers, taking them from understated and elegant to full statement.
The flowers may be the heart of the bunch, but the wrapping is what brings the whole story together.
The last two aren’t necessarily “bad” wraps, but they show how placement can completely change the way an arrangement is seen.

The natives have been putting on quite the show this winter 🤎
These banksias have been arriving in the most incredible colours lately, and we couldn’t resist giving them a moment of their own.
Native blooms are a little bit of our love language here, you’ll find fresh natives in store daily, ready to take home as they are or thoughtfully worked into one of bunches.

So the strangest thing happened this week.

We are giving away free plants and flowers and nobody wants them

I got some beautiful bottle brush in and was going to just give them to the local schools to plant for tree day, but then I thought, well there’s probably a bunch of different groups that might like them, so how do I decide who to give them to?

Next brainwave, why don’t I ask the community? So that’s what I did, created a post asking everyone to nominate a group or school etc. to receive the trees. The 3 winners, chosen at random, would also receive a bunch of natives for themselves.

And what happened, crickets…. Almost no comments, very few likes, no shares…

Please tell me why? Do you not know who to nominate? Was the post unclear / hard to understand? Do you not think people would like to receive the trees?

Well anyway, the promo is running until 9am Monday, so you still have time to go and nominate who you think would like to receive the trees and maybe snag a beautiful bunch of flowers for yourself as well.
