Fashion designer Farzana Malik has enthralled fashionistas not only from her home country but from USA and UK within a good span of time with her creative imagination, and she confidently knows how to transform that imagination into beautiful outfits. Hailing from Chittagong, Farzana Malik does not have a fashion background nor any formal fashion education, started her designing career at a very y

oung age of 25 while she was finishing her Chartered Accountancy from a very prestigious firm, Rahman Rahman Huq in the country. Owing to her natural flair for fashion, Farzana, a mother of two and riotously ambitious businesswoman, had been designing clothes for friends and family since 1998 and on special occasions such as weddings, Farzana proved herself as a style icon amongst her high-end clients by doing bridal makeups. All this led her to establish her own haute-couture line in the heart of Chittagong. Farzana is an extremely talented and fascinating fashion designer, who has fashion aesthetics of an opulent grandeur. She is the queen of colours, fine hand-embroideries, and every outfit she makes has a story of its own—whether it’s a fusion or a western or an archetypal eastern outfit—Salwar Kameez, Lawn Kameez, Kurta, Sarees, etc. Dhaka Fashion week 2013 was her debut in regards to grand exhibition, and prior to this, she only had personal exhibition for her esteemed clienteles from around the region.
