Our Philosophy
Good Things Shared is a digital sanctuary dedicated to documenting the beauty, utility, and reality of a life well-lived. Guided by the principles of slow-living, we curate the "good things" found in the world around us—from the quiet corners of a village to the vibrant energy of the city center.
The Content Experience
We believe that inspiration is everywhere. Our platform captures a broad spectrum of experiences, ensuring there is always something meaningful to discover:
Discovery & Exploration: Capturing the essence of travel, whether it’s a historic museum, a modern architectural marvel, a peaceful park, or a hidden village.
Modern Lifestyle & Retail: Documenting the world of commerce and daily essentials. From high-street havens and iconic brands to the simple joy of finding quality in the everyday.
The Parenthood Journey: An honest, slow-living approach to raising a family. We share the struggles, the joys, and the "mental load" of parenthood, focusing on connection and intentionality.
Home, Heart & Nature: Dedicated to the aesthetic beauty of the everyday—cooking with care, the seasonal bloom of flowers, and the calming power of nature.
Our Mission
Good Things Shared is more than just a page; it is a community focused on finding and sharing value. We provide high-quality visual storytelling that celebrates both the extraordinary landmarks and the simple, daily moments that make life meaningful.

If you have a toddler who is a picky eater, please know you are not alone! 🥹

My little girl has always been a picky eater and a tiny portion eater. Feeding time is a constant learning curve, and honestly? Some days she eats even less than what you see here, or refuses breakfast entirely except for a few sips of water or fresh orange juice.

On mornings like today, we take a gradual, step-by-step approach:

🍳 Starting small with just a bit of egg yolk

🥣 Following up a little later with a small portion of yogurt (which she completely finished today because I hand-fed her! If I left her to feed herself, most of it would stay on the tray)

🍊 Finishing with a splash of fresh orange juice

I wanted to share this realistic snippet because feeding a toddler isn't always straightforward. Some days are micro-portions, some days need a helping hand, and every day is about going with the flow.

How is breakfast time going with your little ones lately? Let’s comfort each other in the comments! 👇

A little glimpse into our early morning routine (6:30 AM – 10:00 AM) ☀️

Cuddles, breakfast, laundry, and a 50-minute nap struggle later… she’s finally asleep, and I finally have my coffee. ☕🙌

How’s your morning going, mama? ❤️

Motherhood is a heavy, quiet guilt trap that no one truly understands unless they have walked in those exact shoes.

This morning, my daughter woke up the moment I tried to slip out of bed for work. Her father—exhausted himself after working all night—tried his best to comfort her, but in that moment, she only wanted her mom. I was already stretched on time, torn between the need to comfort my crying baby and the cold reality of needing to catch my bus.

I stayed as long as I could, went back and forth, and eventually had to run for my life just to miss the bus anyway. I showed up late to work, but my mind never actually left home. My heart was stuck in that bedroom with my daughter.

Feeling unwell and consumed by guilt, I poured everything I had into my shift. I worked to my absolute last breath—finishing hours of work in half the time—just so I could leave early, race to the bus stop again, and get back home. Back to comfort my baby, and back to relieve my tired husband.

Now, my feet barely move. My body is completely drained.

And my baby is now on me, breastfeeding while falling asleep in total comfort. 🥹

You can’t say no to work at the last minute, but you can’t say no to your child’s needs either. You can’t cry out loud, you can’t freeze, and you just have to keep moving forward even when you feel like you’re being punished from the inside out. 💔

Did you know pairing Vitamin C with iron helps boost iron absorption? 🍊🥩

After a hearty lunch with beef, offering fresh orange segments is my favorite trick to make sure little bodies absorb all that goodness! Plus, sweet citrus makes the perfect post-meal palate cleanser for toddlers.

How do you like to pair your toddler’s meals? Let me know below! 👇

She’s not the same woman, because she just birthed a entire life and became a whole new person herself. Sending love to every mama walking through the silent weight of your life. 🤍
