🇧🇩 Bangladesh now has the world's highest number of green garment factories in the world with the Leadership in Environmental and Energy in Design (LEED) certification granted by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

🏆 The number of green factories reached 150 in October 2021. Of this, 44 are platinum, 93 are gold, and 9 are silver-rated. The other 4 are simply certified.

👕 Currently, 9 out of the top 10 and 40 out of the top 100 green garment factories are in Bangladesh.
