Welcome to House of Ancestry your one-stop saree place to shop. We, like all other online shopping platforms, have a few rules that we stay to follow. The following policies will be unchanged:

👉You must include your name, address, and phone number in order to confirm your order.

👉

Charges for delivery are 100 taka for clothing and 70 taka for deliveries within Dhaka.

👉If you're outside of Dhaka, you'll have to pay in full via bkash/bank (adding delivery charge and bkash charge has to be included)

👉The product needs 2/4 days to reach your doorstep. Unless any exceptions occur, this remains the exact same!

👉 REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: Please do check your product in front of the delivery man. If any defect/severe damage shows up we will refund/exchange. Unless any severe damage/defect shows up we are not bound to refund your money & once the product is received from the delivery guy, there won’t be any return or exchange option.
👉ORDER CANCELLATION is A BIG NO NO!! Once you book any item you can not cancel your order, and after paying the booking money it stays NON-REFUNDABLE.
