রিটার্ন পলিসি �
১. অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে দেখবেন। আমরা পার্সেল পাঠানোর আগে সাধারণত চেক করেই পাঠিয়ে থাকি। তবে ভুল ত্রুটির উর্ধ্বে আমরা কেউ ই নই। তাই শাড়িতে কোনো ডিফেক্ট পেলে সাথেসাথেই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে ফিরিয়ে দেবার অনুরোধ রইলো। এরপর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
২. যারা নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার অফিস থেকে পার্সেল রিসিভ করবেন তাদের জন্য অভিযোগের সময় সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘন্টা প্রযোজ্য। এক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত প্রমাণ পেলে আমরা সাথেসাথেই পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করবো।
৩. আলো কিংবা বিভিন্ন ডিভাইসের রেজ্যুলেশন ভেদে অনেক সময় শাড়িতে রঙের তারতম্য ঘটতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে অবশ্যই নিশ্চিত হয়ে নেবেন। অন্যথায় পার্সেল রিসিভ করার পর কোনো ধরণের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
