Social Media Manager & Moderator
Work From Home | Paid Internship → Full-Time Opportunity
We’re looking for someone who understands social media, fashion, branding—and people.
What You’ll Do
Manage Iconica’s Facebook & Instagram presence.
Plan content, write natural captions, and contribute creative ideas.
Understand trends, content performance, and organic growth.
Handle daily comments & messages with fast, clear and professional communication.
Manage high-volume customer queries during campaigns while maintaining Iconica’s brand voice.
Understand customer intent, identify genuine buying interest, and use good salesmanship to turn conversations into customers.
Use AI intelligently for research, ideation, content development and workflow improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or currently studying.
Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram & fashion trends.
Strong writing and communication skills.
A good eye for fashion, content and branding.
Strong customer understanding and salesmanship, especially in ethnic clothing.
Comfortable handling a large volume of customer conversations.
Creative, responsible and able to work independently.
Smart use of AI is a plus.
Internship & Compensation
4-Month Paid Internship — BDT 6,000/month
After successful completion and confirmation:
BDT 10,000–15,000/month, based on skills, performance & contribution, with scope for further growth.
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (including breaks)
Location: Work From Home
