Position Title : Intern - Marketing, Sales & Branding

Job Responsibilities & Duties
• Proactively Generate Leads and Identify Potential Corporate Clients through Cold Calls, Email Outreach, LinkedIn Prospecting, and Focused Market Research
• Present and Demonstrate The Procurists’ Promotional Product Range to Potential Clients, Explaining how these Items support Brand Identity and Employee Engagement
• Build and Manage a consistent Sales Pipeline, Tracking Progress from Initial Contact to Confirmed Orders
• Assist Senior Team Members in Preparing Customized Proposals, Quotations, and Promotional Bundles
• Gain a Strong Understanding of the Corporate Gifting Market, Client Expectations, Competitor Activity, and Industry Trends
• Meet and Exceed Targets related to Lead Generation, Meetings, and Order Conversion
• Maintain Accurate Records of All Client Interactions, Activities, and Follow-Ups using CRM or Internal Tools
• Coordinate with Procurement, Design, and Production Teams to Ensure Accurate Customization and Timely Delivery
• Provide Regular Updates, Insights, and Progress Reports to The Business Development Manager
• Digital Marketing & Content Support
• Plan and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google.
• Monitor Campaign Performance and Assist in Optimizing Ads for Better Results.
• Conduct Basic Market and Competitor Research to Support Digital Campaign Strategy.
• Generate Content Ideas, Write Captions, and Work with the Design Team to Ensure High-Quality Visuals.
• Manage Social Media Pages by Scheduling Posts, Tracking Engagement, and Keeping Brand Consistency.
• Support the Team in Troubleshooting Campaign-related Issues.
• Maintain Data Accuracy and Prepare Weekly/Monthly Reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Employment Status
• Internship (Duration: 6 month)

Educational Requirements
• BBA (Major in Marketing) / B. Com (Hon’s)
• Final-Year Students and Recent Graduates are Encouraged to Apply
Additional Requirements
• Age: 21 to 30 Years

• Applicants Must Have Graphics Design and Digital Marketing Skills.
• Applicants who Completed a Professional Course/Certification in Digital Marketing will get Preference
• Applicants Must Have a Personal Laptop
• English Proficiency is Mandatory
• Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills with Attention to Detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Workspace
• Basic Understanding of Marketing Tools and Analytics Platforms
• Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal
• Ability to Work Independently and Collaborate within a Team
• Enthusiastic, Proactive, and Eager to Learn
• Applicants with a Motorcycle and Valid Driving License will get Preference
Working Hours & Weekends
• Work Days: 06 ((Saturday to Thursday)
• Working Hours: Full Time (09:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Weekend: Friday and Alternate Saturday (Occasional Duties, if required)
