The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain relationships with clients
2. Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
3. Generate potential leads for future sales
4. Set and exceed quotas
5. Track and report sales in an organized manner
6. Communicate effectively with other members of team
Qualifications:
1. Minimum SSC
2. 1-3 years of sales experience
3. Strong work ethic and communication skills
4. Ability to travel in order to do business
5. Determined to fillup the target
Notes:
1. Individuals with practical experience working in the mentioned area will be recruited on a priority basis.
2. Interested persons as RSM should have the ability to hire managers and depots.
3. ASMs and TSMs must have the capacity to hire SRs, dealers and depots.
4. Anyone interested in the appointment must come to the Dhaka head office and accept the appointment through an interview.
