We Are Hiring: Digital Marketing & Growth Lead
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Sales Scaling:
Meta & Google Ads: Manage and scale high-converting ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Advanced Targeting: Utilize custom and lookalike audiences to ensure precision targeting.
Remarketing & Retargeting: Build robust retargeting funnels on Meta and Google to maximize e-commerce conversions.
Shopping Ads: Effectively manage Google Shopping and PMax (Performance Max) campaigns tailored for apparel e-commerce.
2. Organic Growth & Brand Identity:
SEO: Drive organic traffic and improve website ranking through strategic on-page and off-page SEO.
Community Building: Build and maintain a strong, loyal community of premium streetwear enthusiasts (via Facebook Group, Discord, or WhatsApp).
Content Strategy: Oversee social media management by developing and scheduling a structured content calendar.
Launch Strategy: Design specialized launch campaigns for new collections and exclusive 'product drops'.
3. Retention & Multi-Channel Marketing:
Email Marketing: Set up automated email flows and newsletters to increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Affiliate & PR: Build relationships with fashion bloggers and influencers for premium brand positioning and develop an affiliate marketing channel.
4. Analytics & Market Intelligence:
Data Analysis: Analyze data from Google Analytics and tracking pixels to continuously optimize campaigns.
Market Research: Monitor global streetwear trends and conduct competitor analysis to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Creative Briefing: Provide data-driven directions and psychological 'hooks' to the creative team (Video Editors & Designers) for highly engaging ad creatives.
📊 KPIs & Success Metrics
Your success in this role will be measured by:
ROAS Target: Achieving the desired Return on Ad Spend against the marketing budget.
Traffic Growth: Consistent MoM growth in both paid and organic website traffic.
Conversion Rate: Continuous improvement of the website’s conversion rate.
Retention Rate: Growth in returning customer rate and email subscriber count.
🎓 Requirements
Education & Skills: A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. However, exceptional e-commerce scaling results and a strong portfolio will be given the highest priority.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and e-commerce CMS.
Brand Alignment: A clear understanding of premium streetwear, 'drop culture', and minimalist aesthetics.
