Our last few deliveries did not go as smoothly as we had expected, and unfortunately, some of our customers had to experience unexpected delays and inconvenience.
Since our deliveries are handled through a third-party delivery service, we do not have direct control over their delivery timings or operations. However, we completely understand that this does not make the experience any less frustrating for you.
