আমার কাছে দুপুরে এর সহজ মেনু হলো বেগুন ভাজা।
পেয়াজ কাটার ঝামেলা নেই, কষানোর ঝামেলা নেই, তেলের মধ্যে দিয়ে আরও অনেক কাজ করা যায়।

আবার খেতেও দারুন। যেদিন রান্নাঘরে বেশিক্ষন সময় দিতে মন চায় না সেদিন এর রেসিপি 😃

চা - এর প্রতি ভালোবাসা কবে থেকে যে জন্ম নিছে, জানিনা। তবে ছোটবেলায় আব্বুকে দেখতাম নিয়ম করে চা খেতে। হয়তোবা সেখান থেকেই। হোস্টেল লাইফে এসে সেটা তীব্র আকার ধারণ করে। চা - এর কাপ নিয়ে টেবিলে না বসলে পড়া শুরুই করতে পারতাম না। তখন ভাবতাম বিয়ের পর দুজন মিলে একসাথে সুন্দর কাপে, সুন্দর ট্রেতে বেলকনিতে বসে, ফেইরি লাইট জ্বালায় একসাথে চা খাবো। কি দারুণ না, ব্যাপারটা?
কিন্তু এ - কি!!
বিয়ের পর দেখি আমার জামাই চা খোর না। একি হয়ে গেলো আমার সাথে?
আবার তার চা এর টেস্ট আর আমার চা এর টেস্ট এর মধ্যে আকাশ পাতাল পার্থক্য! আমি খাই কড়া লিকার এর চা, তিনি খান হালকা লিকার এর সাদা সাদা চা। আমি খাই আধা চামুচ চিনি আর তিনি খান দুই চামুচ চিনি। এগুলো কোনো কথা!!! আমার এস্থেটিক স্বপ্নের এখন কি হবে?

তাই আমি একা একাই চা খাই। ম্যা, মেরি তানহাই অর এক কাপ চায়ে।।
অবশ্য একদিন দিয়ে ভালোই হয়েছে। হাড়ি মাজার ভয়ে আমি এখন মাঝে মাঝে চা স্কিপ করি। কারণ সারাদিন সংসারে এতো মাজা ধোয়ার পর নতুন করে এই চা এর পাতিল মাজার বিলাসিতা আর করি না🥲

বিয়ের পরের পড়াশোনা এবং বিয়ের আগের পড়াশোনার মধ্যে অনেক পার্থক্য। বিয়ের পরে যখন নতুন নতুন পড়তে বসতাম খুব বিরক্ত লাগতো। কারণ আমি টানা ৩০ মিনিট এর বেশি পড়তে পারতাম না। এই কাজ, সেই কাজ এসব মাথায় ঘোরপাক খেতো। আর বার বার খালি টেবিল উঠতে হতো। কনসেনট্রেশন করতে পারতাম না। আবার আমার মুখস্থ ক্ষমতা অনেক কম। প্রচুর সময় লাগে আমার। জুওলজি পড়ার সুবাদে অনেক সময় দিতে হতো টেবিল এ। এতো সময় দেয়ার পরও বেশ কিছু কঠিন টপিক আমি মুখস্থ করতে পারতাম না। কান্না আসতো আমার। মনে হতো কেনো এই কঠিন বিষয় পড়তে গেছি আমি।
তো যেটা বলছিলাম, স্টুডেন্ট লাইফে প্রচুর সময় পেতাম তারপরও মুখস্থ পড়া আমার জন্য অনেক কঠিন ছিল। এখনো তো সংসারও আছে, কিভাবে পড়বো আমি?
কিন্তু মা আর শাশুড়ির জন্য পড়াশোনা ছাড়ার অপশন পাচ্ছিনা🥲
