From the first shirt you pick in the morning to the last t-shirt you wear to bed at night, clothing so simple that you'll never think twice about what to wear. Answer: To confirm an order the customer must clearly confirm in writing the specific product they wish to purchase, the size, the price, the delivery cost. Also, the customer must provide their complete and correct name, address, and phone

2. Answer: The delivery fee inside Dhaka is BDT 60. The delivery fee outside Dhaka using Paperfly is BDT 120. The delivery fee outside Dhaka using Sundarban Courier Service is 150tk.
3. How long does it take to deliver? Answer: It takes 3-5 days for delivery within Dhaka and 5-7 days for outside of Dhaka.
4. What is the fabric of your clothing? Answer: Our t-shirts are 100% cotton and of 160-170 GSM. Our formal shirts are of 100% cotton and of 200 GSM. Our Panjabis are of 100% cotton fabric.
5. What is the return or exchange policy? Answer: If you are not satisfied with the product you can return or exchange the product within 7 days after delivery. Please take a look at our return or exchange policies for further information.
6. What is the payment process? Answer: For orders inside Dhaka payment can be done through bKash and cash on delivery. For orders outside Dhaka, we require full prepayment through bKash. Delivery Policy:

3. Delivery Cost Outside of Dhaka: (All Outside of Dhaka Deliveries has to be paid in advance) Tk 120 using Paperfly and Tk 150 using Sundarban Courier Service. Delivery timeline:
- Inside Dhaka: Please allow up-to 5 days for our deliveries inside Dhaka, but typically we deliver them within 3 days after the order is confirmed
- Outside Dhaka: Please allow up-to 7 days for our deliveries outside Dhaka, but typically we deliver them within 5 days after the order is confirmed.
- Our deliveries inside Dhaka are done through Paperfly and outside of Dhaka through Sundarban courier. Please note that during times of emergencies our delivery timeline may vary. We reserve the right to make changes during such times and we will inform our customers accordingly.
- For quick delivery, customers can opt. for 3rd party services such as Pathao parcel or Uber parcel. However, in that case, the full amount of order plus delivery fee has to be paid in advance. In such cases, the liability of timely delivery and condition of the product will be the responsibility of the preferred 3rd party services and not Plain & Simple.
- Plain & Simple will not be liable for any delays due to the inability of a customer to pick up the delivery man's call or provide proper location instruction or submission of incorrect or incomplete delivery location by the customer. Furthermore, Plain & Simple will not be liable for any delays due to unnatural causes such as strikes, natural disasters, accidents, etc. Return Policy:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it for another product or refund back the order amount via Bkash (the delivery charge will not be refunded). However please note that exchanges are subject to product availability and can be done only once, after which only refund can be done.
- If a customer is still not satisfied with the product after the 1st exchange, we will refund back the order amount via Bkash (the delivery charge will not be refunded).
- For returns inside Dhaka, we will schedule a pickup through our courier Paperfly. The delivery cost and the return delivery cost will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
- All returns outside of Dhaka must be returned to us through Sundarban Courier Service. The delivery cost and the return delivery cost including the cost of delivery to the courier service will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
- All return, exchange, and refund requests must be communicated to us via our page or Instagram chat inbox in writing.
-For returns and refunds, all requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product. Policy for refunding:
- We will refund the money within a maximum of 2 days of receiving the returned product after a thorough inspection from Plain & Simple authority.
- Refunds are subject to the return of the purchased product back to Plain & Simple in reasonably acceptable condition (Good durable repackaging without any tears, Products having no stain, dirt, sweat, or tears, Return of the whole product and its accessories including packaging accessories).
- Customers must provide correct and complete account information or Bkash number for the refund to be processed. By default, all refunds are made to the account or Bkash number initially used to make any advance payment to confirm the order. If there is any change in payment method or account number or Bkash number the customer must request so, in writing to Plain & Simple’s Facebook or Instagram chat inbox using the account originally used to place the order. - Product measurements may vary slightly by +/- 1 inch, which is the accepted international standard and is not considered a defect.
- Colors of the received product may vary slightly due to differences in the camera by which the product photo was taken, the lighting used to conduct the photo shoot, the customer's screen used to display the product, etc. and is not considered a defect. Note, Plain & Simple will not show a similar-looking product to make sales; it will only show the same product that is sold to the customer.
- Product fit, color, fabric, or design may change slightly due to differences in each individual production, availability of raw material, or management decision. However, the difference will be either notified or updated on the page accordingly.
-Plain & Simple will be not liable for providing the same product sold 3 months ago subject to its availability.
-Plain & Simple page is considered as the preferred means for all sorts of communication purposes by its customers. Plain & Simple may decline to communicate using other means such as phone, email, WhatsApp, Viber, IMO, etc.
- Only Bangla and English languages will be used as means of communication.
- Plain & Simple does not currently have a retail center through which it sells products, all products of Plain & Simple are sold online through its official page, Instagram page, and Daraz store.
- Plain & Simple sells homogenous products, which it displays on its pages and will not take any responsibility or liability for meeting expectations for any deviation from its default processes or product design, such as the addition of note or letter with the order, gift-wrapping, or packaging, customization, or alteration of the product, etc. Conduct:
- Plain & Simple’s merchandise can not be resold without prior written permission by Plain & Simple’s management. Plain & Simple’s name, logo, content, or promotional materials can not be used without prior written permission by Plain & Simple’s management.
- Responses in the Facebook and Instagram chat inbox will be made between 9 AM to 9 PM unless stated otherwise.
- Customers may get disbarred from placing further orders for the following reasons:

-> Wasting time saying irrelevant things not related to placing
orders, or associated services.
-> Harassing the customer service agent in or outside Plain &
Simple’s page.
-> Repeatedly placing false orders, providing incorrect or
incomplete information, not taking calls from delivery man,
returning without reasonable cause, etc.
-> Spreading negative or false information regarding Plain & Simple and its associated parties.
-> Other reasons management of Plain & Simple sees fit.
