Job Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to carry out the following job responsibilities:

To plan, prepare and achieve sales target for relevant field (Textile Products like T-Shirts, Polo Shirts etc).
Candidate have to well known in preferred job area. That means candidate must be known job area by birth or by work or any way.
Have to sale our Branded T-Shirts & Polo Shirts at quality outlets in recruited area .
Maintain strong communication from collecting order to sales & after sales service.
To prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly sales target and achievement plan.
To follow up the delivery schedule.
To analyze the sales and collection status and make plan for effective results.
To develop creative sales technique and touch to meet the business goals.
Have to do overseas correspondence with excellence.
To plan and execute sales from stock and indent business

Full-time

Educational Requirements

Honor's/Master's in any discipline (Preferred in Business faculty). Under graduation/ running student can apply in case of highly experience or dedicated person.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 year(s) in Physical field Marketing.

Salary

At provisional period (06 Months)- Tk. 8000/Month & Transport allowance Tk. 5000. After completion successful provisional period Salary would be Tk.10000, Transport allowance Tk. 6000 & Mobile Bill- Tk. 500/Month.

Compensation & Other Benefits
Extra Bonus/Benefit on Target sales/Month & Other Benefits As per Company policy.
