BiletBond adheres to few terms & conditions to ensure the delivery of the quality products and to maintain transparency with the valued customers.

50% upfront payment must be made through bKash to confirm the order.
=> Customer should pay the additional bKash charge while making upfront payments. For example, If the upfront payment amount is 1000 Tk. and the associated bKash charge is 20 Tk, the customer has to bKash (1000 + 20) = 1020 Tk.
=> After making payment through bKash, the customer must send the associated TRX or Transaction ID.
=> Confirmed order can not be canceled.
=> The delivery may be delayed or may arrive earlier by 2-3 days from the given date.
=> The remaining 50% payment will be collected through 'Cash on Delivery (COD)'.
=> The delivery charge is separate. For addresses inside Dhaka, the charge is 70 Tk. For the addresses outside Dhaka, the charge is 110 Tk.
=> The customer may choose appropriate delivery date & time when the delivery man calls him/her.
