Position Details
• Department: MIS & System Development
• Vacancy: 01
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Location: Tongi
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Map processes, identify improvements, and design practical system workflows.
• Prepare BRDs, process maps, UI prototypes, and functional specifications.
• Support developers with business rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct testing, manage UAT, track defects, and verify solutions.
• Implement ERP modules, prepare user manuals, and conduct training.
• Support users, resolve functional issues, and monitor system adoption.
• Write SQL queries and develop Power BI dashboards/reports.
Maintain project and implementation documentation.

Educational Qualifications
• BBA in MIS, Accounting, or Finance; or
• BSc in CSE, IT, or related field.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP, or functional system development.
• Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, process mapping, BRD, UAT, and testing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
