অর্ডার করার নিয়মঃ

১। আপনার যে পণ্যটি পছন্দ সেই পন্যটির ছবি / স্ক্রিনশট আমাদেরকে ইনবক্সে দিবেন সাথে আপনার নাম, সম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা এবং একটিভ ফোন নাম্বার।
২। আপনার পছন্দের পণ্য আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে আমরা সাথে সাথেই আপনাকে জানিয়ে দিব।
৩। ঢাকার ভেতরে হলে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর থেকে ১ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে হলে ২ দিনের মধ্যে (২ কর্মদিবস) আপনার পছন্দের পণ্যটি আপনার দেয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে যাবে।
৪। ঢাকা

র মধ্যে ক্যাশ-অন-ডেলিভারি হয় ৪৮ ঘণ্টার ভিতর, চার্জ ১০০ টাকা।
৫। ঢাকার বাইরেও ক্যাশ-অন-ডেলিভারি হয় ৭২ ঘণ্টার ভিতর, চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা।

Order Policy:

1. To confirm an order please send us the product picture / screenshot along with your full address & active phone number in our page inbox.

2. Delivery would be possible via Courier after we get final confirmation from the customer. We provide Cash on Delivery service both inside & outside Dhaka. Delivery Policy:

1. Inside Dhaka delivery will be made within 48 hours after order confirmation. Inside Dhaka delivery charge is 100 tk.

2. Outside Dhaka customers will get their product delivered within 72 hours. Outside Dhaka delivery charge will be 150 tk. Terms & Conditions:

1. All the displayed Products are Original.
2. Some displayed Products might not be available in stock. In that case we will try to arrange that product according to customer's demand.
3. Price displayed can be changed from time to time but it will not be changed once an order has been confirmed.
4. We do not allow 'Change of Mind' meaning once a product is selected, confirmed, and dispatched to the customer, they must neither refuse to receive the product at the time of delivery nor try to return it after delivery on the grounds that they don't like the product anymore, the fabric is not as expected, or the color is not attractive, etc.
5. However, if any defective product (torn, missing print, remarkable spots, etc.) accidentally makes it's way to the customer, we arrange for a return, exchange, or refund accordingly. Stay with C H A R U. Thank you.
