Product Name: TRONICLE FI 550.
Appearance: Yellow Transparent Liquid. (Color become deep after shelved for long time).
pH: 4.0 - 5.0 (1% aqueous solution).

Product Introduction:
Main component: Special waterborne polyurethane.
Suitable for: Improving the rubbing fastness of dyed fabric, esp. for reactive dyes, sulphur dyes, direct dyes and indigo.

Attention:
Test the sample before use. Use it immediately after preparation.
It can only be used alone, but not in the same bath with silicone oil, softener, fixing agent and anion addictive.
Optimum using temperature: 23 Degrees Centigrade to 40 Degrees Centigrade.
Clean the alkali (control pH ≤ 7), salt, soaping agent in the cloth before use.
When a large amount of foam is produced in the rolling tank, clear the foam or replace the treatment fluid.
Keep treatment fluid pH between 4.5 - 5.5.
Water hardness ≤ 100 ppm.

Packing & storage:
Packing: 120 KG plastic drum or according to customer’s requirement.
Transportation: This product is non-dangerous goods and could be transported as normal chemicals.
Storage: Keeping sealed in a cool and ventilated place, shelf life is 6 months.
