🌸 ডেলিভারি আপডেট –
প্রিয় কাস্টমার,
ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারির জন্য এখন থেকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
এর কারণ—অনেক সময় কিছু কাস্টমার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পরও কোনো কারণ ছাড়াই পার্সেল রিসিভ করেন না, যা আমাদের ও কুরিয়ার উভয়ের জন্য ক্ষতির কারণ হয়।
✅ অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে ১০০% নিশ্চিত হয়ে অর্ডার করুন।
✅ পার্সেল রিসিভ করার সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে খুলে চেক করে নিন।
❗ পরে কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
✅ ঢাকার ভেতর অর্ডার আগের নিয়মেই চলবে।

For deliveries outside Dhaka, an advance delivery charge is now required.
Reason: Some customers confirm orders but do not receive the parcel without any reason, which causes loss for us and the courier service.
✅Please place your order only when you are 100% sure.
✅when receiving the parcel,open it in front of the delivery man and check it.
❗No complaints will be accepted later.
✅ Inside Dhaka, our regular process will remain the same.
