Mario Crosta Lisa 4 Sueding m/c equipped with 4 brushes for the treatment of knitted fabric, in open width. This machine is equipped with 4 brushes for the process of knitted fabrics. It's divided in two independent modules, each of 2 brushes which allow to set two different brushing effects for each module.

Key Features:

• Suitable for all kind of fabrics.

• Automatic seam guard.

• Impulse running of each device with independent driving system.

• Touch-screen display to guide and assist the operator during each operation phase.

• Programmer able to record up to 400 work programs.

• Driving system with inverter-controlled three-phase motors and DC bus system.

THE CONTINUOUS, COMPACT AND EFFICIENT OPEN-WIDTH DRYER PATENTED BY Biancalani Textile Machinery
AIRBOX is a continuous open-width dryer, designed to work as a stand-alone unit or connected in line with other machines. The most important function of the AIRBOX is when it is used as a pre-dryer installed before a continuous tumbler, such as the AIRO 24, in order to considerably increase its production capacity & therefore the overall productivity of the whole textile finishing line. It can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines or used independently.

This compact and efficient system is an innovative open-width drying unit developed and patented by Biancalani.
