At Noir, we are happy to exchange unsuitable garments within 15 days with a valid receipt. Provided all garments are in resalable original condition with price tags intact. We regret for reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange accessories including patches, badges, belts, earrings, rings, necklaces, cell phone cases, cufflinks, sunglasses, tie clips, bag tags, chokers, shawls/stoles/scarves, bow ties/neckties, and pocket squares to name a few in order to protect the interest of all our customers. Respective Noir stores do not accept exchange from other stores. In terms of shoes, sandals and bags, the regular return policy is in place where the condition must be unworn, unused with all price tags + barcodes intact along with the original packaging; however, unlike garment items, shoes, sandals, and bags can be exchanged within 07 calendar days. The exchangeable value must be equal or more in value. Noir does not give refunds. Sales and promotional items are non-exchangeable.
