Job Context
• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person in the field of HR, Admin & Compliance.
• Job Location will be Eastern Rajashan, Savar.
Job Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing HR, Admin & Compliance strategies in line with the Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers' COC, Industry standards etc.
• Liaison with Projects Head, Departmental Heads and Managers within the company regarding Business Development & Operations and report to the Top management accordingly.
• Create and periodically review the HR, Admin & Compliance KPI, policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
• Promote different HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Preparing the factory complying with the COCs of the different buyers with a view to facing different compliance audits, RSC, SLCP, Better Work, QMS, WARP, BSCI, SEDEX, environmental, technical, CTPAT etc.
• Leading the compliance team about the CAPs of different audits and ensure smooth rectification.
• Managing all the administrative issues including housekeeping, legal events, safety and security of factory.
• Administrating different compliance training programs for workers in factory.
• Developing and monitoring operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operations in a cost-effective manner.
• Developing and implementing Fleet Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
• Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required by the organization.
• Managing the issues pertaining to Industrial Relations (IR) according to Laws in force along with formulating motivational factors and conflict management.
• Maintaining liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, compliance auditors, BERC, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment office, Local influences etc.
• Developing initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
• Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Educational Requirements
• Masters / MBA from any reputed institution.
• LLB / PGD in HRM or Compliance will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation & Benefits, Factory Administration, Factory HR Administration Compliance., HR AND COMPLAINCE, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Additional Requirements
• Age 25 to 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in the area of HR, Admin and Compliance in any large organization.
• Must be very conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules and different HR Policies especially related to the Garments and Textile sector.
• Must have adequate knowledge about different concept like RSC, SLCP, Better Work, QMS, WARP, BSCI, SEDEX etc.
• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Leadership and relationship management.
• Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
• Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
• Well conversant with IT equipment.

Salary
• BDT. 44,000.000 Only.
