Conditions & Terms:
• Customers can purchase any product from an album, a live performance, or a given post, depending on the availability of the product. To place an order, only Inbox is preferred.
• Cancellation of any confirmed order is not expected or accepted; any cancellation from the customer's end without prior notification or discussion will be considered fraudulent activity. Delivery:
• Delivery is handled by a third party, who is solely responsible for the delivery process.
• Customers can request a change in delivery time and date while waiting for the delivery office to contact them.
• Customers are asked to pay the exact amount stated on the voucher. Payment:
• Customers can pay using Bkash, Cash on Delivery, or their bank account.
• If the delivery is outside of Dhaka, an advance payment of 200 taka is required. Product Returned:
• There is no return policy unless the product is discovered to be defective/damaged after delivery or we fail to meet the delivery deadline.
• We have an exchange, return, and refund policy for any defective dresses, and the client must notify us via the page inbox to resolve the issue. Fraudulent behavior:
• If a product is not received after confirmation in the page's inbox.
• Returned from the customer's end without any notification or discussion about whether the product was found to be in good condition.
• Returned from courier office due to failure to receive phone calls.
• If any of the above are discovered in any client, the page has the right to expose the customer Profile with conversation detail as a learning tool for others and, if necessary, ban the ID from the page.
• Penalties will be imposed if payment is not received on time.
