Conjunctivitis কি করা যায় (গোলাপী চোখ)
সংক্রমিত চোখ স্পর্শ বা নাড়াচাড়া এড়িয়ে চলুন ।

* দিনে বহুবার ঠান্ডা পানি দিয়ে আপনার চোখ ধুয়ে নিন, বিশেষ করে দীর্ঘ দিন বাইরে থেকে বাড়ি ফেরার পর ।

* তোয়ালে, ন্যাপকিন, pillows, বিছানা এবং চোখের কসমেটিক্স এর মত প্রবন্ধ শেয়ার করা এড়িয়ে চলুন যা আপনার কাছে বা অন্যদের কাছে সংক্রমণ ছড়াতে পারে ।

* যোগাযোগের লেন্সের উপর চশমা পরিধান করুন এবং কখনো অন্য কারো যোগাযোগের লেন্স ব্যবহার করবেন না ।

* একটি দুই চাকার উপর ভ্রমণের সময় শেডের সাথে আপনার চোখ ঢাল ।

* চোখের ফোঁটা এবং মলম ব্যবহার করার আগে ও পরে হাত ধুয়ে নিন ।

* একটি পরো চোখের মধ্যে একটি সংক্রমিত চোখের জন্য মলম বা ড্রপ ব্যবহার করবেন না ।

* তাদের অবস্থা সুস্থ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত যারা জেগে আছে তাদের সাথে সরাসরি মিথস্ক্রিয়া পরিহার করুন ।
