From now on, all pre-orders and customized orders will be confirmed only after an advance payment is made. Our production time is 10–15 days, and work will begin once the advance is received. Delivery will follow within 10–15 days after payment.

This decision comes after facing a growing number of unconfirmed orders, incorrect contact details, and last-minute cancellations. While we truly understand that unexpected situations can happen, these issues have made it difficult for us to manage our work smoothly.
