• Items you wish to exchange or return must include all unused, unwashed, and uncovered key tags. Items that have been opened or damaged or have no receipt may be denied exchange. We reserve all rights to determine whether the products have been modified, used or damaged.

• After receiving the product, 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐁𝐃 has full power to decide whether the product is applicable for exchange or return policy.

• The price of the exchange product must be equal to or greater than the original invoice.

• In case of exchange and return, shipping charge has to be paid to the customer.

• inside Dhaka- If you return the product, you have to return with shipping charge.

• Out side Dhaka- Shipping charges will not be refundable if the product is sold on the way, which is given as an advance.
