• Delivery is done through 3rd party, they are solely responsible for the delivery process.
• Customers can request for change of delivery time & date while delivery office contact them.
• Customers are requested to pay exact amount mentioned on voucher. Payment:
• Customers can pay through Bkash, Cash on Delivery and bank account.
• Advance 500 taka has to be paid in advance in case of delivery outside Dhaka.
• Late payment will result in order cancellation and Ban from Page. Return of a Product:
• There is no return policy unless the product is found defective/damaged after delivery or we miss the delivery deadline.
• For any defect dress we have exchange, return and refund policy and for that client has to notify through page inbox to solve the issue. Fraudulent activity:
• If any product is Not Received while delivered after confirmation in page inbox.
• Returned from customer end without any notification/discussion whether the product is found all right
• Returned from courier office for not receiving phone calls.
• If any of the above are found in any clients, page has the right to expose the customer Profile with conversation detail as a learning for others and Ban the ID From page if need
