One of our hundreds of shipments was captured on camera today. A busy road, harsh sunlight, and our partners and team members with sparkling eyes, receiving an exciting shipment today 🤠

Exciting because we were close to running low on stock, while our customers have been eagerly waiting for their jersey packs to arrive at their doorsteps.

We simply couldn’t ignore that demand. We restocked at the earliest possible opportunity, and managing the raw materials, cutting, and production so quickly was only made possible through a bit of luck!

About the Role: We are a growing clothing buying house and fashion brand looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to manage our push-sales pipeline. You will be the frontline voice that turns interest into confirmed orders, rescues lost sales, and keeps our customer experience seamless from first inquiry to delivered parcel. If you thrive on targets, love following up, and are energised by turning a "no" into a "yes," this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor parcel status through Steadfast courier and proactively update customers on delivery progress.
* Confirm pending orders by following up with customers via call, SMS, or messaging apps to secure payment and shipping details.
* Convert failed and abandoned orders into successful sales through persuasive follow-up communication and personalised offers.
* Call customers to hold or reschedule orders when required, ensuring smooth logistics coordination.
* Reply promptly to customer messages across all channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, inbox) and maintain response time standards.
* Identify and escalate repeat delivery failures or problematic couriers to improve the overall fulfilment process.
* Upsell and cross-sell products during follow-up calls to increase average order value.
* Collect customer feedback post-delivery and relay insights to the product and marketing teams.

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements:
Voice Quality: You must speak Bangla clearly and politely. You should feel comfortable talking to strangers over the phone.
Patience: Ability to handle both happy customers (for feedback) and angry customers (for delivery delays) calmly.
Sales Mindset: You should treat every order as your own business.
Tech: Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Courier Panels (Pathao/Steadfast/RedX).
