আপনারা সবাই অবগত আছেন যে Curve Apparels বিগত বেশ কয়েক মাস কার্যক্রম স্থগিত রেখেছে, আমরা খুব শিঘ্রই পুনরায় কার্যক্রম শুরু করতে যাচ্ছি, আসা করি সবাই নিজেদের জায়গা থেকে বকেয়া টাকা পরিশোধ করবেন।

ঋণ পরিশোধ না করা হক্কুল ইবাদ বা বান্দার অধিকার নষ্ট করার নামান্তর। আল্লাহর হক নষ্ট করলে তাওবার মাধ্যমে ক্ষমা হয়। কিন্তু বান্দার হক নষ্ট করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট বান্দার কাছ থেকে ক্ষমা না পেলে ক্ষমা লাভের উপায় নেই। সামর্থ্য থাকা সত্ত্বেও দুনিয়াতে এই ঋণ আদায় না করলে পরকালে আমলের মাধ্যমে তা বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে।

শহীদ হলেও ঋণের গুনাহ মাফ হয় না : রাসুল (সা.) ইরশাদ করেছেন, ‘শহীদ ব্যক্তির সব গুনাহ ক্ষমা করা হবে। কিন্তু ঋণ ছাড়া।’ (মুসলিম, হাদিস : ১৮৮৬) অর্থাৎ আল্লাহর পথে শহীদ ব্যক্তিও ঋণের পাপ থেকে পরকালে পার পাবে না।

রাসুল (সা.) ঋণগ্রস্ত ব্যক্তির জানাজা পড়তেন না : আবু হুরায়রা (রা.) বলেন, রাসুল (সা.)-এর কাছে যখন কোনো ঋণী ব্যক্তির জানাজা উপস্থিত করা হতো, তিনি জিজ্ঞেস করতেন, সে তার ঋণ পরিশোধের জন্য অতিরিক্ত সম্পদ রেখে গেছে কি? যদি বলা হতো যে সে তার ঋণ পরিশোধের মতো সম্পদ রেখে গেছে। তখন তার জানাজার সালাত আদায় করতেন। নতুবা বলতেন, তোমাদের সাথীর জানাজা আদায় করে নাও।’ (বুখারি, হাদিস : ২২৯৮)

What is Shrinkage?

All of us who work in the apparels sector have well concept about this word.Shrinkage means contraction or reduction. In our garment industry it is known as Fabric Shrinkage.
The question may be when does the fabric shrink? This is after Garments Wash. When the 1/2 waist measurement of a pant after sewing was 38", it was found that after washing the pant measurement became 34". That means 4" reduction. Now the pant made for 38" waist will you be able to use?. Surely you can't. The reduction from this original measurement is called shrinkage of the pants. And when this event will occur with your t-shirt measurement,it will called as t-shirt srinkage.

What is AQL & OQL ..... ??

AQL= Acceptable Quality level.
OQL= Observed Quality Level.

It gives a general concept. Quality Manager, Co-Incharge works to mentain Quality according to buyer requirement. They works on the same way how is the defect rate, how to reduce the defect rate,how much defect can be kept in it. In this case, by the discussion and observation it is clear thst we are outputing which qualityful clothing and with our quality level.

the steps of Quality Auditor, Audit, inline inspection, pre-final inspection, final inspection are mentain to ensure that requirements are correct, OQL rules are followed, Defect level is within tolerance.
