Job Responsibilities:

1. Line Layout, Man, Machine and productivity calculation and settle with before start production.
2. Have a good knowledge about synthetic shoe manufacturing.
3. Have a good knowledge about technical issues.
4. Have a good knowledge of manpower handling.
5. Knowledge about leather & Synthetic, ladies, Gents & Kids shoe. also related machinery and new technology.
6. Have a good knowledge of materials management.
7. Have a good knowledge of production planning and achieve daily target
8. look after the overall sewing functions and other related activities of the company and responsible for ensuring in all level of activities to be sewing.
9. Have a good knowledge of floor administration.
10. Very Strong leadership and communication skill.

Experience Requirements:

At least 8-10 years
